We use this information to authenticate users, sync projects, prepare and run robot-training jobs, process payments and credits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, communicate about the service, and meet legal or security obligations.
Service providers
Aksis may share information with trusted vendors that help us operate the product, including account access, payments, customer support, and training operations. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can choose what robot assets and project data you upload. You may request deletion of account or project data, subject to records we must keep for security, fraud prevention, tax, billing, dispute, or legal compliance reasons.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for account, project, and billing data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security. We retain information for as long as needed to provide Aksis, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
